Refund policy

At PH Media, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to all our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy carefully:

 

 

1. Digital Services (Design, Marketing, Branding, etc.)

 

Due to the nature of digital services, once work has commenced or assets have been delivered (such as designs, strategies, or campaigns), refunds will not be issued.

 

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to make reasonable revisions or adjustments wherever possible.

 

 

2. Project Cancellation

 

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of any administrative or consultation charges.

 

If work has begun or any initial concepts have been shared, a non-refundable minimum of 30% of the project fee will be retained, depending on the progress made.

 

 

3. Monthly Retainers or Subscriptions

 

For monthly retainers or recurring plans:

 

  • Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • Once a billing cycle has started, that month’s fee is non-refundable.

 

 

4. Third-Party Costs

 

Any payments made by PH Media on your behalf to third-party platforms (e.g., ad budgets, domain registrations, plugins) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

 

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

 

We encourage open communication. If you have any issues, please contact us first at [your support email] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and may be pursued legally.
